Return Policy

We accept the return of unused items in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, in original condition and they must have the tags attached. The items should be packed well with care for the return mail. We will return the cost of the item to your original payment method within 2-4 business days. We are not responsible for the postage costs that occur from returning the item/s. Please email us (info@kativee.com) beforehand, so that we know the item is on it´s way.

Vaihdot ja palautukset

Tuotteilla on 14 päivän vaihto- ja palautusoikeus niiden toimituspäivästä. Palautuksina otamme vastaan käyttämättömät siistit tuotteet, joissa on tuotelaput kiinni ja jotka ovat pakattuina huolellisesti niiden alkuperäisiin pakkauksiinsa. Saatuamme tuotteen palautamme rahat alkuperäiselle maksuvatalle noin 2-4 arkipäivän sisällä. Asiakas vastaa palautuksista syntyneistä postikuluista. Edullisin tapa lähettää paketti on postin nettipalvelu. Lähetäthän meille sähköpostia osoitteeseen info@kativee.com ennen tuotteen palautusta, jotta osaamme odottaa toimitusta.
